RMS revitalized their office accommodation to support their vision to be a leader in the management and delivery of safe, efficient and high quality services and infrastructure to NSW. With a substantial amount of current and upcoming projects, RMS was seeking to attract and retain high quality staff who are agile and collaborative.

In line with this strategy, GHD Design worked with RMS property team to create workplaces in both Parramatta and Wagga Wagga in line with their goals and to support this style of Activity Based workforce.

The floor planning comprises of neighbourhoods of varied work settings, enclosed meeting rooms, semi-enclosed collaborative areas, quiet nooks and open plazas, with each of the nine floors having its own identity through the use of colour and geometry.
